No. Your request starts the search. Nothing is filed and no fee applies until you've seen what we found and signed a written agreement.
Yes. You can always search and file directly with the Texas Comptroller's unclaimed property program at no cost. We charge a fee for doing the research, documentation, filing and follow-up for you.
Yes. We use your information only to search for and recover your property, and we never sell it. Please don't send your Social Security number or bank details through this form. If a claim needs them, we'll collect them securely.
We'll let you know. If there's nothing to claim, there's nothing to file and no claim fee. We take on individual claims of $500 or more and business claims of $1,000 or more.
