Why we exist
Billions of dollars are waiting for owners who don't know.
When a bank, employer, insurer or utility can't reach the owner of an account, check or deposit, the money is turned over to the State of Texas. It sits there until someone claims it. Most owners never hear about it, and many who do find the records hard to search and the paperwork hard to finish.
That's the work we do. We search the records, investigate ownership, prepare the documentation and file the claim, so businesses and families recover what they're owed without the guesswork.
